Whilst Jonny Bradley Ltd works hard to prevent any or all errors and omissions, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, performance or completeness of information offered on this website for any particular purpose or use.
The material on this website is owned by or licensed to Jonny Bradley Ltd and includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction of all material is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice and with permission given.
Jonny Bradley will not be held liable in connection to the website, products or services offered both by us or others. This includes direct, indirect or consequential losses. We are not liable for any financial losses caused a result of using the website.
By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that Jonny Bradley Ltd is not responsible for the welfare of students.
Jonny Bradley Ltd reserves the right to change or alter any part of the website, with or without notice, both temporarily and permanently. We always work to maintain the website at all times, however, it is subject to change.
This website may also include links to other websites or applications. These links are provided for the user’s convenience to give further information. They do not signify that Jonny Bradley Ltd agree or endorse them and are not liable for their content.
Payments between Jonny Bradley Ltd and the users are handled by Stripe, Inc and Paypal. All prices for Jonny Bradley’s services are correct at the time of writing and are subject to change at any time before an agreement is made; once an agreement is made between Jonny Bradley Ltd and a user the price is fixed unless stated.
Although we try to ensure all prices are correct at all times, there may be an occasion when something is priced incorrectly; we will verify the cost at the point of payment.
Consultations calls will be paid for in advance, if no payment is received before the indicated time slot the consultation will not go ahead. Jonny Bradley Ltd has the right to cancel consultations calls without notice. If this happens due to a scheduling error on Jonny Bradley’s part then the cost of the call will be refunded to the user. If the user misses their scheduled time slot they will not be able to rebook for free. If you are running late you must let Jonny Bradley know as soon as possible. If there is a ‘no show’ the appointment will be cancelled after 5 minutes of the time has elapsed, no refund shall be given.
Where possible you may have the ability to pay using a payment plan.
If you fail to make any of the payments on time you will be automatically un-enrolled from the course(s) and all it's services immediately. You will not be entitled to a refund for any monies paid.
If a payment is missed you will have a further 7 days to make the payment. If the payment is made within the 7 days you will regain all access. If the payment is not made we reserve the right to attempt payment until the outstanding balance is settled.

We offer a very generous refund policies as well as your statutory rights, please read the following for a full understanding of our policy.
For the Full SellerPro Academy with all support:
You are entitled to a refund WITHIN 30 Days of initial purchase.
For SellerPro Academy Lite, PTC (PPC That Converts), ResearchPro & Functional Design Formula courses:
You are entitled to a refund within 30 Days of initial purchase however you will not be eligible for a refund if you have:
- Accessed (streamed/watched/downloaded) over 20% of the respective content (If you open a lecture it counts as being watched in full).
For any clarification please contact firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE purchasing.
You will not be eligible for a refund if you have broken any of the terms. There are NO Exceptions.
The above policy super-seeds your consumer rights which hare as follows:
You also have statutory rights as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a 14 day 'cooling off period' starting from the day the courses are supplied to you. This will be your purchase date as you are enrolled automatically upon purchase.
As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you forfeit your right to a cooling off period if you have done any of the following:
- you have accessed the digital content in any way; OR
- you have completed/streamed/downloaded any of the course(s) material and any tests; OR
- you have received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation (whether digital or physical) on the course.
If you wish to claim a refund under the statutory 14 day cooling off period or our 30 day guarantee this must be done in writing via email@example.com
Once your access to the paid course(s) and services has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course, take part in any tests, support, or receive a digital or printed certificate for the course.
For the SellerPro Academy you are given an email support address with the course instructor as part of the course. If you require help and support please only use the email address mentioned in the course. Email support for students is only given when using the correct email address. You will not receive extended 1-2-1 support through Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
For Full SellerPro Academy Members: you will have the ability to request access to the Students Only Facebook groups. You must use the same email address that you used when signing up to the course. If you are not accepted into the group within 5 business days please contact the course instructor via email to have this resolved. The course instructor and school accept no responsibility if you enter your details incorrectly.
Access to FBA Consultant - To get access to the FBA consultant please see the information in module 2 of the course content. The Consultant will only reply to messages through the email provided. If you reach out using any other method you will not get a reply. As the consultant works as a 3rd party, this extended support could end at any time, if this happens you will not be eligible for any sort of reimbursement. By signing up you accept these terms.
The course instructor and school have the ability to refuse access to the extra services if any of the terms and conditions above are broken, this also includes:
- If you share affiliate links or self promote in the students facebook group.
- If a member personally attacks another member or SellerPro Academy Team member with words that are harmful, threatening or not in-line with our mutual respect policy, that member will be ejected from the group or respective service.
- Posting graphic or disturbing photos, videos and other media in the group.
- Sending unsolicited private messages to other members
VIP Support: For Full SellerPro Academy members you will have a minimum of 6 months of VIP email support unless any terms are broken or a refund is initiated. We have no plans to end or amend the VIP support however be aware this support is reliant that Jonny Bradly is fit and able to provide the service. If there are any changes to this service after enrolment you will be given notice via email.
If any members of any of the Jonny Bradley Ltd training programs break any of the terms Jonny Bradley Ltd reserves the right to remove the member from any and all services.
All opinions will be treated with mutual respect, unless they violate the aforementioned rules. Treat your fellow group members with that same respect.
Do not post graphic or disturbing photos, videos and other media in this group. If you are not sure about the content that you want to post, email me directly.
The Facebook group admin is entitled to deny entry to any member they choose. They are also allowed to boot out members that don’t comply with the house rules.
Expiry: Must redeem within 3 months of purchase date. You must email using the same email addressed used to purchase the SellerPro Academy. Vouchers are not transferrable. If you attempt to duplicate, misrepresent, resell or distribute the voucher you will void its use. You must provide the Outsourcr™ with everything asked and required from you so they can create your listing title, bullet points and HTML description. If you do not provide enough information then they cannot do their job. The voucher can be redeemed for one product listing creation only. Follow the instructions on the voucher to redeem. If you refund your purchase you invalidate your voucher.
